From “something’s off”
to “fixed and verified.”
Meet the layers of an AI operations teammate. Sam starts with what your feature is for, brings the evidence to the right person and stays with the problem.
Try the walkthroughWatch Sam show up.
An interactive, scripted simulation. Numbers, messages and outcomes here are illustrative. No systems are connected and no actions are sent. In the pilot today, Sam notices and shows the evidence. Understanding the job, bringing it to the owner, asking first and verifying the fix are coming.
LAYER 1 OF 6
Understands the job.
Sam starts with your description and checks you confirm.
Authority in this example: ask before acting.
Sam will get some wrong.
Here’s what you can do.
A teammate earns trust by what happens after a mistake. These are built into how Sam works, not promised on top.
Tell Sam it was wrong.
Every finding has a “This was wrong” button. Marking a false positive counts against Sam’s precision, so Sam is measured on the findings that were useful, not on how many it raised.
Turn a signal down.
A research agent is meant to explore. If a signal doesn’t fit a feature, turn it down for that feature and keep it everywhere else.
Switch halting off.
Halting is your own switch. Turn it off and no detection can return a halt to your agents. It takes effect immediately, and every change is recorded.
Try it before it acts. Coming
Shadow mode will let a new check run on your real traffic and show what it would have done, before it’s allowed to do anything.
A message is
only the beginning.
Sam holds one thread per problem. The owner, the evidence, the decision and the follow-up stay together. If nobody picks it up, Sam follows up within the policy you set. Threads and follow-up are coming. Today, findings appear in the Sam dashboard with their evidence.
Clear about the evidence.
What happened, what was expected, what might explain it and what to do next. Severity, confidence and urgency remain separate.
Honest about the gaps. Coming
No recent data is not proof of health. Sam says “insufficient visibility” when the available checks cannot support a conclusion.
Your authority, every step. Coming
Choose observe, recommend, ask first or act. Sam cannot self-approve. A stop is a request your agent must honour, not a guaranteed halt.
Where the team works.
Today, findings appear in the Sam dashboard. Email, Sam’s own chat, Slack and Teams are coming.
Two calls around yours.
No prompts handed over.
Give Sam a description of the job. Report the shape of each AI call asynchronously. Keep your application’s content where it belongs.
