Shape Sam around your organisation’s access, deployment and operational requirements.
Sam is currently in pilot. Research-window durations and detailed support terms are being finalised. This site helps you prepare; it does not activate a subscription or take payment.
The research window is the period of operational history Sam actively examines to investigate changes, compare behaviour and learn from patterns.
A change looks unusual today. A longer research window lets Sam compare it with more past runs and releases, looking for recurring patterns and longer-running changes.
Feature descriptions, accumulated knowledge and unresolved issues carry forward. The research window defines the historical period Sam actively examines—not the lifetime of what Sam knows.
The feature’s purpose and confirmed expectations remain part of Sam’s understanding.
Knowledge already collected is not discarded just because the underlying event leaves the active window.
Unresolved findings and ongoing monitoring keep the information needed for follow-through.
Research window and data retention are different. A record moving outside the active window does not, by itself, mean that record is deleted.
Every plan has no feature-count limit. You don’t have to decide which AI features deserve attention.
Sam understands the job, notices changes, explains the evidence, follows up and checks the outcome.
Privacy is included in every plan. Sam works with measurements, not your prompts, replies or conversation context.
Basic action permissions belong in every plan. Team adds finer access and approval policies; Enterprise allows custom organisational controls.
Sam gets a longer research window for active investigation. Your workspace gains more granular access and approval policies, with priority support. The number of features you can connect is not the reason to upgrade.
No. Feature descriptions, confirmed expectations, accumulated knowledge and unresolved issues fall outside that limit. They remain available for Sam to keep doing the job.
The exact durations are still being finalised. Starter will offer a shorter window, Team a longer one, and Enterprise a window agreed around your requirements.
No. It describes the historical period Sam actively researches, not a token allowance or a limit on the knowledge Sam retains.
Sam is in pilot. The Getting Started guide lets you prepare a feature brief and plan the first connection. It does not create an account, activate a subscription or start billing.
Describe one feature and what good looks like. Then explore how Sam can take on the watch.
